This guide explains the designated verification routes, their use and their limits. Availability and exact steps can differ depending on the selected route and technical requirements.

18+ and designated routes
Naughty Panda Club is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Verification is required for certain features and sensitive content.
Depending on the available route, the check may use AgeVerif or a manual review with a selfie and identity document. The platform does not promise a particular processing time.

What the status means
A visible verified status shows that the step designated for that status was completed.
It does not conclusively prove identity, intentions, current eligibility, content or behaviour. It does not replace your own judgement or the Community Rules.

Sensitive verification data
Verification details can contain particularly sensitive personal data. The Privacy Policy explains which data is processed, why it is processed and which rights apply.
Submit documents only through the verification route provided inside the platform. Do not send identity documents unsolicited through chat or general contact addresses.

Two routes – completing one is enough
You do not also need to submit a selfie and ID when the AgeVerif route has succeeded and access has been granted. Upload evidence only in the designated verification area, not as a public post or chat attachment.
- Open Settings → Verification.
- If AgeVerif is offered, start the external process and return to the club afterwards. A successful callback reloads the app’s access status.
- Alternatively, select a selfie and an ID image and submit both together for manual review. Both images belong to this single manual route.
- After a manual submission, wait for review. Uploading alone does not unlock protected content; no fixed review time is promised.

Does verified status prove my identity?
No. It only shows that the step designated for that status was completed.
How long does a review take?
No fixed processing time is guaranteed. Timing depends on the available route and required review.
Can I send my identity document by chat?
No. Use only the verification route provided inside the platform for verification documents.
